Everest Water

5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System

Available for as low as $19.97/mo!

How it Works

A 5-stage reverse osmosis (RO) system works by purifying water through a series of filtration stages. Each stage removes specific contaminants, ensuring clean and safe drinking water.

Stage 1: Sediment Pre-Filter

Purpose: Removes large particles like dirt, sand, rust, and silt.

How: Water passes through a sediment filter (5 microns or smaller), protecting the more delicate filters in later stages

Stage 2: Carbon Pre-Filter (Activated Carbon Block)

Purpose: Removes chlorine, chloramines, and other chemicals that can damage the RO membrane.

How:  Activated carbon absorbs chemicals, foul tastes, and odors, improving the water’s quality before it reaches the RO membrane.

Stage 3: Carbon Pre-Filter
(Granular Activated Carbon)

Purpose: Provides an additional layer of chemical removal to protect the RO membrane.

How: This granular filter traps any residual chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other contaminants missed in Stage 2.

Stage 4: Reverse Osmosis Membrane

Purpose:Thecore of the system; removes up to 99% of dissolved solids and contaminants.

How: Water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane (0.0001 micron pores)

Stage 1: Post Carbon Filter (Polishing Filter)

Purpose: Final polish to improve taste and odor.

How: A final carbon filter removes any residual tastes or smells from the purified water before it reaches your faucet.
